SHIPPING POLICY

For every purchases made before 10am of each working day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day. Once the item has been packed and processed, our courier service will automatically send an email or text messages notifying your order status.

For every purchase made on weekends or public holiday, orders will be processed starting on Monday or day after the public holiday. For orders made during festive seasons, , customers may experience a delay in delivery process.

Parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your parcel will be handle by Delivery Courier.

How long does delivery take?

For Normal orders :
3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
5-6 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

For Preorders :
7-14 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
7-15 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

What if I am not in at the time of delivery?

You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery date as agreed between you and tudungruffle.com. If you are not available and re-delivery is required, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery. Where re-delivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to paying additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Agent.
