How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.
When do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped on our scheduled shipping days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
How long does delivery take?
Klang Valley: 2–3 business days
Peninsular Malaysia: 4–5 business days
East Malaysia: 1–2 weeks
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact our customer support immediately. We can only update your address if your order has not been shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, FPX online banking, e-wallets, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I self collect my order?
Currently, we do not offer self collection for website orders.

Will the scarf colour be exactly the same as shown?
Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting during photography and different screen settings.
